How does OÏOÏOÏ work?

1. Choose a bundle, customize it or let us surprise you! 2. Have your bundle delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 working days 3. Dress your baby in softest organic cotton 4. Oops, too small! Go to the contacts form and order the next size 5. Once you received the new set, return your current set 6. We wash and check the clothes making them ready to be delivered to the next baby

How much are the shipping costs?

Delivery and return costs are covered by OÏOÏOÏ baby. Please use the enclosed return label for your free delivery via Swiss Post.

Our boxes are made for multiple usage. Please use our boxes for your returns to help us reduce waste.

What happens when a piece gets damaged or has stains?

This happens! Ordinary wear and tear is insured. We want your baby to enjoy the clothing as if it was their own. Please return the complete set to us. If an item is irreparably damaged (severely stained, shrinked, discoloured, torn) or lost, write us an email to let us know about it before you send the bundle back. We can surely find a solution.

What happens if a piece gets lost?

This happens too. Please inform us about losses immediately via e-mail and we’ll find a solution for this together.

What are the payment options?

For the moment we accept Credit Cards (Visa, Master). The amount is credited automatically until the subscription is cancelled.

Is there a minimum contract duration?

The minimum duration is one month and the notice period is one month. The clothes need to be returned before the subscription ends, otherwise the subscription will be extended.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel the contract anytime for the subsequent month. Select "cancel subscription” from the contacts form or send us an e-mail.

The rented items must be returned to OÏOÏOÏ before the contract termination date.

What are the products and prices?

We offer three different box sizes: MINI, MIDI and MAXI. The sizes range from 0-12 months. We don't offer any newborn clothes at the moment.

Can I give a bundle subscription as a gift/present?


Our OÏOÏOÏ gift vouchers are a popular and sustainable present for new parents – you’re definitely making the right choice :) Vouchers can be redeemed online and are valid for 1 year.

What kind of clothes are in the boxes?

You’ll get 5, 10 or 15 pieces depending on the box size you choose. Our bundles contain essential basics you’ll definitely need like bodysuits, onesies/dungarees, trousers, pullovers, pijamas & a hat. The style is neutral, functional and unisex coming from hand-picked brands. Should you have any style suggestions, drop us a line!

Which sizes are available?

We offer sizes for baby's first year or EU sizes 44-80. Have a look at our size guide.

Are the clothes adapted to the season?

Our bundles contain perfect all-year basics. Based on midwife recommendations we offer clothes that cover the limbs. This keeps the babies' skin protected from the sun in summer and warm in winter, as they're not able to regulate their body temperature like us adults.

What brands can I expect?

We want to support small and sustainable brands that care about the production of their clothes. Renting their clothes on OÏOÏOÏ means they're convinced of the functionality and longevity of their products.

Can I pick single clothing items?

Our boxes contain functionally assorted essential baby basics you’ll definitely need. At this point single pieces cannot be selected.

How can I redeem my voucher?

Redeem your voucher by 1. Subscribing 2. Going to the contacts form and choosing "Redeem Voucher" from the dropdown options. Enter your voucher code and we'll deduct it from your monthly payments.
